Speech - High School
Speech Team is an activity where students learn to perform speeches that they either write themselves or memorize from a script. Speeches can be performed individually or in groups, and the team typically competes at 10-12 Speech tournaments around the Metro area from November to March. Choose from events such as Poetry, Duet Acting, Humorous Interpretation, Dramatic Interpretation, Impromptu, Persuasive Speaking, Oral Interpretation of Drama, Entertainment Speaking, Informative Speaking, and more!
